Which one is better among MTech in middle-level NITs like NIT-Raipur or at the University of Hyderabad?

My GATE computer science 2019 score is 544 and rank is 3415 (general category). Can you suggest some good universities for M.Tech in computer science?

    I would prefer you to go with University of Hyderabad, as the placements are really good and even the campus infrastructure would be comfortable.
