Which one is better among NITT for CS, IIT Bhubaneswar for ECE or BITS Pilani for ECE branch?

I am looking for the options for my kid. There is no preference for any branch and fees is not an issue for me. Please suggest the college keeping in view that my kid would also pursue masters' overseas or an MBA programme in India.
