Which one is better among PGDM and MBA?

PGDM and MBA, both have the same value as far as job opportunities are concerned. In India, only universities can offer an MBA degree. As a result, most of the top colleges in India like IIMs, XLRI offer PGDM only. So, your choice must only depend on the quality of the college and not the title of the course. -
Hi,
PGDM should be AICTE approved and MBA should be in regular mode from UGC recognized university. At the end, candidate has to work hard even after enrolling in any of these course.

PGDM is a Diploma program with 1 year duration. Whereas, MBA is a professional degree program with the duration of 2 years.
