Which one is better among Ph.D and MBA? I have completed my graduation and studying M.Com.

As an M.Com graduate, you can pursue Ph.D. from any recognized college/university. MBA is not required. -
It depends on your field and interest. What you aim to become in future? Ask yourself this, and then weigh your options. MBA is most likely to get you a job than Ph.D. You can do Ph.D, but you still would have to prepare for the other entrance exams and government jobs. -
Every study depends on your interest, and every field have their own value, but if you have done M.Com, you should pursue Ph.D.
