As an M.Com graduate, you can pursue Ph.D. from any recognized college/university. MBA is not required.

It depends on your field and interest. What you aim to become in future? Ask yourself this, and then weigh your options. MBA is most likely to get you a job than Ph.D. You can do Ph.D, but you still would have to prepare for the other entrance exams and government jobs.

Every study depends on your interest, and every field have their own value, but if you have done M.Com, you should pursue Ph.D.

If you are studying M.Com then the next best option for you is Ph.D. Do that, you will have a great scope. All the best.
