Which one is better among power management & energy trading in terms of placements and faculty? What is the min. package offered to both?

    It is really great to connect with you.Let me tell you that both the branches are great in all respect. Actually, Prof.Anil Kumar Sir, HOD power management is the most experienced industry specialist in the campus. Now, placement and faculty wise Energy Trading is a better branch. There are some reasons for that.The first being ET is a diversified course having coal, oil, gas, maritime logistics and power as domain subjects. The second reason is that the faculties are having great industry experience. So, these are some of the reasons I say Energy Trading has a slightly upper hand.

    Faculties for all the branches are really good. You need to see your field of interest, don't worry about the faculty.
    Last year energy trading's average package was Rs 5.34 lakhs and for power it was Rs 5.1 lakhs.
