Which one is better among Prestige-Indore and IMS-Indore? I scored 60% in B.Com and 125 in CMAT (57.35%).

Both are good, but I would suggest you to prefer IMS. But your CMAT score is very low so it may not be possible to get admission on CMAT basis in IMS. You could get it by appearing and getting a good score in DAVV CET exam.
