  • Both are good in their own way, but I feel you should opt for Integrated one as it will save your 1 year as well as the hassle of entrance tests after B.Tech. LPU is UGC approved university which has been ranked highly by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its faculty, its placements, its teaching practices etc. The university provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement.     At LPU, both are better though the syllabus and curriculum for M.Tech will be slightly different from that of CSE. With placements, it all depends upon your grip on fundamentals and coding till the end. Definitely, being a Masters will give you a different edge than the Undergraduates. For comparison, both are good and of a good reputation. You can frankly choose one out of both.

    Hi there, Most of the part of both the programs is same, What M.Tech gives you extra is higher research exposure, higher skill level in core electives, a post graduation degree which can lead to Ph.D. and large number of job openings in research and teaching.     B.Tech is a Bachelor's degree and M.Tech is a Master's degree that is after B.Tech. Some of the companies like Microsoft and Google give high value for Master degree. So Master's degree helps getting a better job, salary and knowledge. The placements at LPU are almost unexpectable. Someone gets a really good package while some GET very less, it depends upon your portfolio and the interview. Mostly, the interviews matter a lot. If you did well over there you will definitely GET a good job. Recently in the Amazon placement drive, 15-16 students got a package in the range of 11-16 Lacs and it's a good package.
