Which one is better: B.Com from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce or B.Com honors from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College?

I got 94% in class 12th.

Hi, It actually doesn't make any difference, because the degree you'll get is of Delhi University, your college won't be even written on it.
