As both have there own pros and cons, I believe that you must go by your interest. Google each n every point about them and then select what you want to pursue. -

Both the courses are good in there field, but it depends upon your interest. B.Sc Nursing is a trendy course and B.Sc Hospital Management is available in less universities. B.Sc. Hospital Management has more scope in future.
