Which one is better: B.Sc IT or B.Sc CS?

B.Sc IT has wider syllabus than the B.Sc (CS). So better to choose IT then there will be more options.

Both are nearly equivalent, but B.Sc IT has a wider scope than B.Sc CS, so you can go for B.Sc IT.
