Which one is better - B.Tech CSE Core or B.Tech CSE with AI and ML?

There is nothing different in these. All are same but you just have to read AI or ML as a subject in 3 Rd year that CSE core doesn't have as it's have as a elective subjects for them. And you have selective subject in CSE core which you will choose on your basis but AI and ML you have a specific sub
