Which one is better better B.Sc and BHMCT? What is the difference between these two courses?

There's not much difference between the two. But the only main difference I can point out is that. One is for 3 years and another for 4 years. Both the courses gets similar placements .. or jobs ... But another difference is that government IHMs offer only BSc and not BHMCT
