    Mechanical Engineering is called an evergreen branch considering its placement potentials. Civil engineering is also an emerging branch. Jobs are continuously increasing in this field. Streams in demand include Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science and Engineering and so on. Besides, there are new generation streams such as Information Technology, Avionics, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, Robotics and so on. Considering the trends in the growth of the industry, electronics and computer science streams are predicted to have good prospects in future.
