B.Sc. Design Fashion - Provides specialisation in fashion design or Fashion technology to enable the students to achieve Specific orientation towards industry requirements. Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to valid score in LPU-NEST or UCEED. I cannot tell who's the best among these because I'm not aware of the quality of education of Amity and JD, but I can only tell about LPU. Fashion designing courses are very good at LPU. There are students who have excelled in this field. We usually have fashion shows where designs and apparels are designed by LPU students itself and many popular personalities as judges do visit here. So, I would say fashion designing courses provided by LPU are great. -

According to me, LPU is better than these universities in terms of placement, studies, faculty members, infrastructure and so on. So, I would suggest you go ahead with LPU. -
