Which one is better between biotechnology in MIT main campus and CSE at Manipal- Jaipur?

Asked about Manipal University, Jaipur - B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering

I hate biology. CS is my forte. I was a maths student in 11th and 12th. I am only considering this because of branch transfer and MIT being better than Manipal-Jaipur.

First of all, MIT provides you better placement as compare to Manipal University Jaipur. And, if you hate biology, then you can go with Manipal Jaipur. Manipal Jaipur is also good and provides you average placement. Both of these campuses have got a really good infrastructure and good campus life.

Yes, it is that, MIT is better than Manipal University Jaipur, but the branch change percentage is very low in MIT. It has conditions specifically for CSE branch. You have to get GPA above 9.5 in both the semester 1st and 2nd with no back logs. So, it is quite difficult and it is not that the Manipal University-Jaipur is poor it is just that the Jaipur campus is better and MIT campus is best. There is a slight difference now. It is your choice.

Do a course in a college which matches with the place you would like to study in. Do a thorough research about the faculty in both colleges.
Now coming to the courses, there is no point in taking a course just because society claims it to be supreme.
For example, society claims civil engineering has no scope and placements are horrible but I have a friend whose dad is a civil engineer who makes 200,000$ yearly.
The point is, choose a course you think you will excel in and go for it.
