Hi, First of all, decide whether your interest is more theoretical oriented or practical oriented. CA is the one who specializes in taxation, auditing and accounting, a majority of the subjects are practical. Company Secretary is a specialist of law, drafting and compliance. A majority of the subjects are theoretical. There's no such thing as easy or hard. Both are almost at the equal level and require the same level of hard work and understanding. Though CA is a popular option with an evergreen appeal, CS has its own demand. Nevertheless, students often find themselves confused when looking to make a choice between CA and CS.
