Hello, Glad to meet you. Taking in consideration, both Computer Science engineering and electronic and communication engineering are equal. The main work of an computer Science engineer is to develop software for the company, both android and IOS. Computer Science engineer mainly deals with the software, while the electronic and communication engineer deals with both hardware and software. Both CSE and ECE are most preferred branches of students, parents and recruiters. However, I will recommend ECE over CSE because it offers wider career options in comparison to CSE. ECE graduates can be employed in Electronics, Telecom, IT and any manufacturing firm (For Ops & Maintenance roles). It is suggested that you chose you branch based on your interests instead of its scope.
