I would totally suggest Doon Business School for MBA. You do an MBA just once in your lifetime. Ensure it you get it done from the best institute. DBS is the best institute in North India with several renowned recognitions in their name.
The quality of teaching and environment are worth everything to spend for! You get a great exposure in every sense.

Obviously Doon Business School is a better option. Here you will find some good and trained faculties who will guide you through out the course. And a good number of certification courses along with the main course which will enhance your skills.
