Which one is better between for B.Com honors among Chandigarh University and Govt. College, Ludhiana?

Government colleges are obviously always better. No doubt, rest check the placement list.

As of today, the rating of Chandigarh University is very high that it is on top of PU Chandigarh in almost all the courses. When it comes to B.Com (Hons) CU would be far better than government college Ludhiana.
