LPU is the good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. My lot of friends have done B.Tech, M.Tech from LPU and they have wonderful experience and they are doing great in their fields with handsome salary packages. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. Moreover the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th among the other universities for its placement records.

Hi, It is really a very genuine question. And believe me, in spite of an education consultant it is very difficult for me to tell you that which is better. Both the universities are big name and both are of equal potential. Once upon a time, just 10-12 years ago, Thapar university was a dream destination for every engineering aspirant. With the passage of time I hope that definitely they will put some effort to make the curriculum And atmosphere dynamic at their campus. On the other hand, Lovely Professional University is growing very rapidly. In just one and half decade LPU is trying to touch the unlimited sky. LPU is one of those premier institutes of India who is providing a very decent jobs to your children along with this Bringing holistic and inclusive growth as well. Dear Umer, I have checked the website of Thapar, it has a long heritage and legacy to make it a big name however LPU is relatively a newer player, thapar publicly proclaims about 200 companies visit their campus and hire close to 900 students. So I think the comparison is a bit unfair, LPU operates at entirely a different tangent, from 700+ companies to 5000 plus placements! The LPU infrastructure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practical like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education etc. The lush lawns are very inviting. 2.
