For job opportunities, B.Sc Food technology is better. It has better job options in industry.

For job opportunities, I would suggest food technology is a better branch as Food technology consists of food Science and nutrition too. But, it also depends on the career option you want to choose. M.Sc Food Technology would place you in food processing industries and M.Sc. Food and Nutrition would make you a dietician.
