Which one is better between MBA and PGDM in terms of jobs (private & government) in future?

Both MBA and PGDM are similar degree. It will make no difference whether you are MBA or PGDM for getting a job either in Government or Private sector. Reputation of college from where you do MBA or PGDM matters the most for job during campus placements.
