Among the two, NIT-Warangal is better than Silchar for CSE. Hence as per your interest choose the branch which you like the most.

Both the colleges are good and well reputed. You can go for either one. The important thing I would suggest is take admission in the college where you get the branch in which you are interested.

If you are seeking a better NIT, then NIT Warangal is the right choice. If you are seeking the better branch, then CSE is the right choice. NIT Warangal is a top NIT, and on comparing, NIT Silchar is low-ranked. So decide your ultimate goal. All the best.
