Which one is better: civil from Jadavpur University or CSE from HBTU?

Depends. Infrastructure wise both are almost same. Placements wise JU is alot better. Especially if you are considering CS/IT placements. Faculty wise JU is alot better as well. JU campus politically charged. Am not sure if it affects academics or not. But, if it doesn't then JU is surely the better
