While I was looking for colleges in PUNE to pursue my Post Graduation, I came across many colleges and PIBM and ISB&M was among them which I have evaluated for taking my admission.
MIT was only offering MBA whereas PIBM was offering PGDM/MBA and also PIBM was having a vast course along with equipped faculties.
Also there was a 100% placement record and in terms of ROI, PIBM is better as compared to ISB&M.
Therefore, I preferred to pursue my PGDM in Marketing form PIBM.

I am currently studying in this college. It is a student driven college, which helps the students in getting a real exposure of the market and current scenario. Events are organized in college by students which help them in interacting with head of companies. From my experience as an ex-student, the mock GDs and mock interviews at PIBM are quite effective.

They help students understand the format, develop confidence, and improve communication skills before facing actual placement rounds. The feedback provided after each session is practical and points out areas of improvement, whether it's body language, content, or answering strategy.

Overall, these mock sessions make students more comfortable, polished, and better prepared for real interviews and group discussions.

The placement team shares relevant job openings, helps with interview preparation, and guides students on how to approach off‑campus drives and external company applications, so you're not limited only to on‑campus recruitment.

The placement team shares information on shortlisting, interview rounds, and final results, so there are no surprises. Additionally, pre-placement talks, mock sessions, and guidance on expectations ensure that students clearly understand the process at every stage.
