According to me whether you do Computer Science or IT it doesn't matter, what matters is the knowledge you have in your field of interest say for example you like programming so you start give more focus on programming. From salary perspectives, CS is better. But from job market size, IT is better. So make your decision as to what you want. All the best

computer science is better field than IT , after computer science field there are many other options are , and subject is almost same in both field there are some subject change but CS value is good than IT
