It depends from college to college, take for example FMS (Delhi) offers MBA while IIMs offer PGDM. Both have good placements. It's entirely on you that which course you choose. One important thing is that MBA is a degree which has its own benefit whereas PGDM is Diploma. Hope this help.

Hello,Both are considered equivalent in India; it's the college you're pursuing from that will matter. For example, a PGDM from MDI Gurgaon is any day more valuable than an MBA from an average institute. Internationally, MBA has more recognition though.

Pursuing both these courses helps one in the growth of their career, in getting a better position and obtaining a bigger salary. PGDM: Stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management. MBA: A Master in Business Administration (MBA) is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities. You can choose according to your interest. Good luck.
