    You must go for M.Sc nursing instead of MA psychology as it will give you more opportunities after Master's degree in a particular field.

    It depends on what you want to choose as a career. M.Sc nursing will allow you to pursue a career in nursing.
    MA will allow you to pursue Ph.D and research later.
