Which one is better: CS Engineering at Chitkara University or Electrical Engineering at Thapar Institute of engineering and technology?

No doubt, Thapar is far better than Chitkara. If you are really interested in electrical engineering. Then you should opt for Thapar. You have to decide in which field you want to build your career. All the best for your future.
