While both the colleges are widely preferred by candidates, DTU is slightly better when it comes to opportunities, Placement records and brand recognition.Also, not forgetting to mention that DTU is a tier 1 Institute whole PEC is a tier 2 institute .To know more about it, refer to the official website.

The highest domestic package offered during PEC Chandigarh placements 2023 was INR 83 LPA whereas the highest domestic package offered during DTU placements 2023 was INR 64.23 LPA. Moreover, the average package offered to the CSE and Electrical departments during PEC Chandigarh placements 2023 stood at INR 24.24 LPA and INR 15.29 LPA, respectively. Moreover, the average package offered during DTU placements 2023 stood at INR 15.16 LPA. When compared according to the fees, PEC Chandigarh BTech fees is around INR 7.04 Lacs whereas the DTU B.Tech fees range between INR 2.97 Lacs - INR 6.42 lakh.
