Old IITs are the best. They enhance your personality.

In my opinion, you should opt EE from IIT-Roorkee, because IIT Roorkee provides good quality of EE faculty members, good course curriculum, good infrastructure and good placements.

Hi, I will recommend you to go with CSE from IIT Mandi, but in that case only if you have a keen interest in computer science and engineering. Placement wise it's very good also you will get very good exposure. IIT Mandi has very good semester exchange program too, you have a very good option there to go abroad and explore further. After Mandi you can consider for Ropar. Else if you wish to go with core opt for the other option which are left.

    Hello Shaurya!
Congratulations for securing a good rank in JEE Advanced. As for the given options, first of all choose that branch in which you are interested as it will stick to you for your entire lifetime. Taking in account many factors like culture and environment, best option would be IIT Guwahati ECE which would give you good culture being an old IIT with a good course structure and placements. IIT Roorkee electrical wouldn't offer you a good course structure and the new IIT's can still not compete with the culture of old ones. But all this is secondary, I would suggest first to stick for the branch you like.
    All the best.

It would be tough to get IIT-Roorkee (electronics) on the basis of this rank but if you are lucky enough then, that's the best option for you. The last three choices would be easy for you but keep it as a back up plan if you don't get into the prior two. Congratulations for your results. All the very best.
