MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore is better than HKBK, Bangalore as the placements of MSRIT is better than HKBK also the faculties are good. Hope you got your answer.

Ramaiah is the best college in all the colleges you have mentioned above as this college is best in terms of placements and also this college has the best faculty in comparison of all these colleges.
