    Dear Vikas,
    Both of the branches are different from your current branch of B.Tech. So, do M.Tech in the field in which you did your B.Tech. It will be good for you because all your basic of mechanical engineering is cleared already.

    Both the courses have a good scope. It depends on your interest.
