Choosing one over the other is subjective so here I'm listing the advantages and disadvantages of both the colleges.

Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) :

    Advantages:

    Government-affiliated medical college with a long-standing reputation

Lower tuition fees compared to private institutions like D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth

Strong focus on rural healthcare and community outreach

Known for its emphasis on practical training and patient care

    Disadvantages:

Located in Ahmednagar,  Maharashtra,  which may not be as appealing to some as DYPV's location in Pune

May have limited exposure to advanced medical technologie
