Which one is better for aerospace- IIST or IIT?

Only few institutes in India have Aerospace Engineering. IIST & few old IIT's have it. I say IIST is the best and I have one of my friend studying there. I don't know for this year but at my time, 2 years back they offer admission based on Jee Mains Marks, not on Jee Mains Rank. You need to be in to
