Which one is better for an entrepreneurship, a BBA in finance or BBA in marketing?

For being an entrepreneur you have to be an all-rounder in the field of marketing, HR, finance, operations, etc. as you are to establish your own business so you need to be more productive and should have all the domain knowledge which would be required to execute your business idea into reality. You must be able to market your product, able to prepare account, balance sheet and effective manage of your Human resources. So it has been ruled out that BBA finance is over BBA marketing as if there would be no market then how would you be able to create funds and prepare account. So both are crucial but you can choose marketing as it would be including some of the basics of accounts and finance as well before coming to core marketing. So you need to be full of knowledge of every domain to become entrepreneur.

Being an entrepreneur takes many things. A BBA is a good start but it doesn't prepare one for being an entrepreneur. For that, you should have an unending passion and will to fight against all odds and never give up. Among BBA in marketing and finance, generally speaking, marketing is better for entrepreneurs. But if you are interested in finance and want to start up in that field BBA in finance is better. But in most of the cases, BBA in marketing will be better. The biggest thing an entrepreneur needs to learn is who is the target audience, how to reach them and how to market your product in a better way. And BBA marketing will surely help you a lot in these aspects. It will teach you the theory, but marketing and sales are best-learned ones you enter the industry. So do BBA in marketing. Also keep reading a lot of books related to marketing, sales and psychology. These all will help you broaden your views and give you more insight into the world of marketing. Being an entrepreneur needs courage but being a successful one requires unending efforts and lots of compromises in life. So buckle up for the ride!

Entrepreneurship is something one needs to study practically. If you ask Marketing or finance is better for an entrepreneur I will definitely say marketing is most important. The reason for this is that majority of the companies fail in marketing and their cash inflows and outflows will automatically get worst hit. Every company needs to create its own brand name in the market. They want to circulate their products and want to pitch their products. For this Marketing matters the most important one. When we talk about finance I will tell without Marketing it is difficult to make a safe financial stability for a company. The data's collection, updating, calculations, transparency of the monetary part is all done by financial experts. As a whole marketing is very important as compared to finance. Having a basic knowledge about finance is very important as well.

They are incomparable and it is unfair to compare both these two. The fact is, there is no one answer to this, it depends on individual opinion and preference. Finance and marketing are both amazing fields to pursue and are extremely high paying professions. One needs to make sure that they are suited for and interested in the particular field. If you find an aptitude for finance, go for it, and vice-versa.However, you need to make sure that you like the field you end up pursuing. Neither of these fields is a place for underperformers or slackers. You need to be highly motivated to succeed in either. Opportunities and income would be amazing in both. Try to get some knowledge of both of these fields. Do a couple of internships in different areas. Once you are assured about your passion and aptitude in one, go for it. However, as an ending note, let me bring to your notice that the two fields are not entirely exclusive of each other. Top investment bankers are essentially salesmen, and marketing analysts mostly indulge in statistical and financial analysis to make their decisions.
