Hi Diya, according to me, in DU all college have same qualified faculty members. But for best it depends person to person. You need to visit the campus first. But by the way basis of comparing both the colleges includes:
1. Infrastructure :-
PGDAV - Not up to the level
Zakir Hussain -Well built
2. Faculty :-
PGDAV - Better & dedicated faculty
Zakir Hussain - understanding & senior faculty
3. Placements :-
PGDAV - Offer more opportunities
Zakir Hussain - less opportunities as compared to PGDAV.
4. Environment :-
PGDAV - healthy & positive
Zakir Hussain - healthy & positive (not always).

Zakir Husain College is the best among above colleges. PGDAV evening shift is not suitable wherever you are getting a morning shift college. It provides all the facilities regarding academics and has a great exposure. Faculty members are experienced and have very effective learning. Commuting modes are available by bus and metro both. So, I suggest you to go with Zakir Husain Delhi College.
