Which one is better for B.J.M.C. : IEC University, IEC or OPJS University and why?

OPJS university is good on the basis of its fee structure but it is not that much good to pursue journalism and mass communication. Placements are considered to be average and the recruiters are less. On the other hand, IEC university offers 3-years full-time course in journalism and mass communication.
