The School of Pharmaceutical Science (LPU) is approved by the Pharmacy council of India. In my opinion definitely LPU is better among others. LPU Ranked among Top 30 Pharmacy colleges in India by NIRF 2019. Various programs in Pharmaceutical Sciences are designed to impart in-depth knowledge to prepare outstanding scientists to meet the health care needs of diverse populations by dissemination of knowledge through discovery, development, and evaluation of drugs and their delivery systems leading to safe and effective drug use. B. Pharmacy students selected for Queen Elizabeth II Golden jubilee scholarship for higher studies in Canada. B.Pharma students secured Gold medal awarded by the President of India (Shri Pranab Mukherjee) and by the Vice President of India (Shri Venkaiah Nadu)
If I talk about placements, many companies visit like Nestle India Limited, Abbott, GlaxoSmithKline, Infollion Research P Ltd, Dnj Infotech, Cactus Communications Pvt Ltd, Ids Infotech, Roots Analysis Private Limited, etc. , by providing the packages ranging from 4 LPA to 7LPA. The programme has the following highlights: -Curriculum: - The curriculum consists of Foundation and core courses. In addition to that, some elective courses like Advanced Instrumentation techniques, Cell & Molecular Biology, Computer-Aided Drug Design, Cosmetic Science, Dietary Supplements and Nutraceuticals, Experimental Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Regulatory Science, Pharmacovigilance, Remedial Biology, etc. Are also offered in the curriculum. Knowledge Enhancement- Strong emphasis is laid on the theoretical and applied aspects of pharmacy in health care and improvement of human lives. Projects- Capstone project help to develop research aptitude in the field of community health and emerging pharmaceutical industry needs. LPU is the largest university in India with campus spread in more than 600 acres.
