Individually both of them are good colleges for hospitality. But if we compare both of them, IHM Delhi is a lot better college as compared to IHM Gwalior. Some of the reasons are :
The placement rate in IHM Gwalior is just 80% whereas the placement rate in IHM Delhi is 100%
IHM Delhi is a more old college as compared to IHM Gwalior therefore IHM Delhi has a better alumni networkAthough it also depends on the personal preferences of the candidate who is going to take admission like location. But in general IHM Delhi is better than IHM Gwalior.
