    Hi, When it comes to B.Tech CSE, only one name comes to my mind I. e. LPU. Ranking: LPU has been ranked 78th amongst all government and private universities by NIRF ranking released by MHRD, Government of India. Placements: Thousands of LPU students have got placed in top MNCs and are working all over the Globe. The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA for batch 2020 by Microsoft. Students are placed in AMAZON at a package of 30.3 LPA.     I have done my Engineering from LPU and today I am a proud alumnus of LPU. I can't say anything about SATARA, I will share my experience, I hope it helps.     CSE is a good branch for career in engineering. Among LPU and SASTRA University, LPU is most preferable because they provides many opportunities and their placement record is good too. So I would prefer LPU.
