Which one is better for B.Tech ECE: RCE Roorkee and PEC Pondicherry?

I live in Agra. My JEE Mains score is 93.7 percentile.

As per the rankings, PEC is the best option. PEC has placed a total of 314 students in 2019 with an average CTC of INR 4 LPA. While the highest CTC is INR 10 LPA. The major difference between both colleges is NIRF ranking of PEC. PEC has secured 76th rank in engineering category by NIRF India 2019.
