Which one is better for B.Tech in CSE among TMU-Moradabad and Medicaps-Indore ?

I think Medicaps-Indore is better than TMU but why are you asking this at this time because in Medicaps, CS branch is full in both quota i.e. general and management so you can go for TMU.
