Hi, It totally depends on your interest that in which college you are more comfortable. Although, you can prefer JUIT for B.Tech due to its good placement scenario. You will easily get placed in top IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys through campus recruitment of this college. Best of luck.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is best for BCA. UIC (university institute of computing )department is among the top departments at CU. There are special labs in the UIC department like Microsoft Azur lab, Redhat lab, Android development lab, and many more.
