Which one is better for BPharma, Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University or Gurugram University?

Both of them are good universities both have good placetment records and satisfactory student review . However DPSRU is a government University and is older then Gurugram University . So the staff and faculty in DPSRU must be well educated and adapted to the student friendly environment . In my opinion DPSRU is better.
