Which one is better for BTech CS among The North Cap University and Chitkara, Rajpura?

I think itm gurgaon is better one.

NCU-Gurgaon is best for B.Tech CS E. The University imparts education in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in engineering, management, sciences, and law. ITM is the best college in all the colleges you have mentioned above, as this college is best in terms of placements and also this college has the best faculty in comparison of all these colleges.
