Which one is better for civil engineering: IIT Delhi or NSIT Delhi?

IIT, Delhi civil engineering is more better as you can get better placement, more industry exposure, good culture and study environment, better infrastructure, big company come, and many more. But if you are interested in COE then go for NSIT, Delhi. First select your branch.
