    Dear Saleem,
    All LPU, VIT, MANIPAL, KIIT are good institutes but being alumni of LPU, I would be able to share the information about this programme at LPU only. The following are the highlights of Civil Engg in LPU: -
    1. Most of the faculty staff are from reputed organizations with their highest degree from various reputed institutes such as IITs, NITs, etc. Apart from that, faculty have got previous industrial experience also.
    2. The capstone project is an integral part of B. Tech program in which students have to pick a live project based on the practical problem-based scenario (ideally from industry) and work for six months under a men

    Being part of Lovely Professional University, let me quote some of the salient features of School of Civil Engineering in this regard,

    VIT, Manipal, KIIT are good universities. At LPU it is an engineering program that articulates the concepts from basic science to technology through lab practice and projects to gain knowledge in areas like Structural, Environmental, Highway Engineering, Construction Management which are in sync with industry expectations. One needs an aggregate of 60 percent with PCM in class 12. There are professionally trained faculty at LPU who impart both theoretical and practical knowledge for the holistic development of the students.

    If you are suggesting your engineering degree with college names then obviously I would suggest you to go for LPU civil engineering. The placements are quite reasonable as compared to these colleges and one more thing is that you will get good exposure of your courses . There are many people from China and Bhutan wo are studying there specially in Civil engineering department. All the best.

    Out of these option, in my opinion VIT Vellore is the better option. LPU & Manipal are also good options but for CSE.
