In my opinion, LPU is best for you as you are interested in CSE. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of students. Around 550+ companies visit every year for campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The top 110 companies that recruit IIT students also

VIT is obviously better option among two colleges
as it has better faculty and good acedemic background it is better to do CSE in VIT rather than LPU.
