Chandigarh University is better. It has courses like CSE IBM, CSE TCS and many others. The placements are also good. The faculty is qualified. University believes in imparting quality education to the students and that is how they have maintained good standards. -

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is best for CS as it has best infrastructure, placement opportunities, curriculum design and cultural activities, making students all-rounder in their fields.
